It was dancing that she fully seized her personality. Swaying her shoulders back and forth, allowing her long arms to dangle gracefully like two silk strips rocking on each side of her slender torso, making sure she wittily snapped her fingers at the end of each movement, as if to mark the tempo of her own body. Her hips seemed to defy gravity as they traced different geometries in the air around her waist, her feet steadily planted on the ground just because she liked the challenge of not being able to move them. All along, her eyes are shut and her lips are slightly open, that’s the way she focused all her attention to her hearing, so that she could welcome the music into herself in a full surrender. Dancing gave her an unwavering sense of who she was.
